Minutes of the Executive Committee held on 9.6.2010
The meeting commenced at 7.45 P M. The following members of the Executive Committee attended the meeting.

The Committee had a detailed discussion about the emergent repairs to be done on the swimming pool, electrical installations and the requirement of employing more labourers for gardening work. The committee had attempted to ascertain the funds available with the society for doing the necessary repairs.
The Committee discussed about the fixed deposits of the society and decided to release some amount by breaking fixed deposits, if found inevitable, to meet the immediate requirements.
The Committee discussed about the necessity for appointment of regular security staff gardener and care taker. It was decided to make an advertisement in the news paper for the above purpose.
The Committee had a discussion on the present conduct of the sweeper Smt. Radha. The Committee discussed about the instructions to be given to Smt. Radha in the light of the fact that she is an epilepsy patient. Smt. Radha has to be instructed not to do any work near the swimming pool after 6 PM. She has to be directed to come early and finish her work before the sun sets.
It was resolved to release the amount required for the remaining repairs of the swimming pool and repair of electrical installation box near the security cabin.
The Committee decided to take immediate steps for pruning of trees and for resurrecting the landscapes. It was further decided to plant saplings at the streets.
The Committee had a detailed discussion on the request made by Smt. Mary to treat their houses as one unit. It was revolved not to grant the request made by her. A letter shall be sent to her explaining the reasons for denial of her demand.

Subsequently, on the request of the Secretary,. Smt. Geetha Unnikrishnan had agreed to supervise the gardeners and to do the all necessary things to retrieve the beauty of the landscapes. Thereafter the members of the Executive Committee were contacted by phone for their opinion. It was decided to authorize Smt. Geetha Unnikrishnan to do the aforesaid acts. She was also authorized to deploy enough number of gardeners, at her discretion, for the immediate repairs of the landscapes.
